What to expect
At the conference, we will explore various aspects of corruption through six workshops. Attendees can choose three workshops to participate in. Every workshop offers various tools to battle corruption in the public sector.
Additionally, expert speakers will discuss corruption in public leadership, followed by a panel discussion on its relationship with leadership.
Given the broad impact corruption has, we have decided to take on a global perspective. Corruption not only affects collaborative efforts but also exceeds borders, making an international focus essential.
Goals:
Increase awareness about corruption in public leadership:
The conference will define corruption, explain its harm to organizations and public trust, and discuss the consequences of ignoring it.
Promote tools to combat corruption and weak leadership:
We aim to make public administration more transparent by focusing on honesty and responsibility. It encourages future leaders to put the public's interests before their own.
Empower future leaders:
We aim to encourage future leaders by giving them ethical guidance and practical skills.
